The spacious 240-square-meter building features five comfortable rooms and five bathrooms, providing plenty of space for those seeking relaxation. The house boasts four terraces where our guests can enjoy the fresh air and the taste and aroma of their morning coffee. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with all the necessary appliances, so cooking is no trouble even when you’re away from home. Free Wi-Fi, as well as central and in-room air conditioning, ensure comfort for guests in all weather conditions. You can also relax and unwind in the grassy garden: the grill, playground, adult and children’s pools, and sun loungers all contribute to the perfect vacation. The nearby shore of Lake Balaton offers a truly special experience, as a leisurely stroll each evening allows you to admire the breathtaking sunset, creating unforgettable memories for our guests.

Welcome to Villa Neitzer

Our guesthouse is available for rent as a whole unit only. It is located 300 meters from Lake Balaton. It’s away from the noise of downtown, yet just a 10-minute leisurely walk from the city center. If you’re arriving by car or motorcycle, you can park in our lockable courtyard, which is monitored by security cameras. The terraces furnished with garden furniture, the spacious and well-equipped house, and the free, high-speed Wi-Fi all contribute to a carefree getaway.

Pool and Garden

A private adult and children’s pool, a lawn, a playground, and a grill ensure a pleasant vacation.

Our guesthouse was built in 1972 and has been in our family’s ownership ever since. From the very beginning, we have welcomed many guests every summer, who have enjoyed our hospitality and the beauty of Lake Balaton and the surrounding area.

In 1996, the building underwent a complete renovation, during which it was given a new look to make it even more comfortable and appealing to visitors. As part of the modernization, we added a swimming pool in 2003 and later a children’s pool, offering our guests even more opportunities for fun and relaxation.

In line with our commitment to environmental protection, we installed a solar panel system in 2022 to reduce our ecological footprint and operate the guesthouse in a more sustainable manner. We renovate, beautify, and maintain the guesthouse every year to ensure our guests always have the best possible experience.
