Villa Neitzer is located on a completely private and enclosed lot.
The guest area of the house measures 2x120 m², featuring 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, 2 kitchens, a living room, 2 balconies, and 2 terraces.
The lawn, barbecue, children’s playground, and pool are essential features for a summer vacation. The gated yard can accommodate up to four cars, but street parking is also available free of charge. We can also provide our guests with a private electric car charger (11 kW, Type 2). Security is ensured by an automatically locking gate and security cameras.
The owner lives on the property in a separate building enclosed by a fence, so they are immediately available to guests in case of any problems, questions, or requests!
