Ground Floor
The ground floor has a floor area of 120 m², featuring one larger and one smaller bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, and a separate toilet (both with large windows), a large living room with a dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a washer and dryer, and we provide detergent capsules. The larger bedroom has a 180x200 double bed, while the smaller one has a 160x200 double bed; both rooms also feature a table and chairs. The larger bedroom has a small terrace, while the living room features a terrace overlooking the garden and pool. The latter can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, making it the perfect spot for evening conversations and wine tastings.
Upper Floor
The upper floor also has a floor area of 120 m², featuring three larger bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet (all three with large windows), a small kitchen with a dining area, and a small hallway furnished with chairs, a table, and a TV. All three rooms feature a 160x200 double bed, a table, and chairs, and two of the rooms also have an extra bed (90x200) each. Two of the rooms have balconies, which are perfect spots for enjoying your morning coffee.
Kitchen Equipment and Appliances
Our kitchens are equipped with the following appliances: gas stove, electric oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker (filter-style), Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher (with tablets), toaster, hand blender, and all necessary cutlery, glasses, plates, pots, and pans. In addition, we provide paper towels, as well as kitchen towels for cooking, salt, pepper, sugar, and sunflower oil.
Play Area and Baby Supplies
On the ground floor, a play area is available upon request at no extra charge, featuring children’s toys, books, board games, dolls, stuffed animals, and many other toys. For families with small children, we can also provide, free of charge, a step stool, outlet covers, cribs with safety rails (2), high chairs (2), a potty, a changing table, a toilet seat reducer, a baby bathtub, and a play mat.
Terraces and Balconies
On the terraces and balconies attached to the rooms, we provide two garden chairs and a coffee table, while our large ground-floor terrace features a huge table and 10 chairs for our guests.
Internet
Free, high-speed (up to 80/10 Mbit/sec) wireless Internet is available to our guests, with excellent reception in every room and in the garden.
TV
You can watch TV in the ground-floor living room and in the upstairs hallway. Both TVs support devices via USB and HDMI ports, and we provide our guests with unlimited access to Netflix, Disney, Prime channels and Youtube Premium at no extra charge.
Air Conditioning
Our guesthouse features two central air conditioning units, as well as individual units in every room. Of our two central air conditioning units, the one on the ground floor can only be used for heating, while the high-performance unit upstairs can also be used for cooling. Its use is free of charge, and with the interior doors open and the windows closed, it is capable of cooling the entire house. The in-room air conditioners are available for an additional fee.
Important Information About Bathroom Towels
We kindly ask our guests to bring their own towels whenever possible! In our experience, sunscreen and other cosmetics can leave stains that are difficult to remove, so using your own towel is a more convenient solution for everyone. Of course, if this is not possible, we can provide towels for an additional fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
