Villa Neitzer is available for rent only as a whole, providing ideal accommodations for 10+2 guests (extra beds are available for children up to 10 years of age)! Reservations are made in one-week periods, from Saturday to Saturday. You may check in starting at 2:30 p.m. and must check out by 10:00 a.m. Our rates are as follows:

Tourist tax: 2 EUR/person/night (payable only for guests 18 years of age and older)

Towels: 10 EUR/person/week (1 piece 70x140 cm + 1 piece 50x100 cm)
Electric car charging: 0.5 EUR/kWh (11 kW, Type 2)

Pets are not allowed! We are unable to accommodate groups of young people under the age of 23!

You can make inquiries and reservations using the form below or by emailing us. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation; the remaining balance is due in cash on the day of arrival. Upon booking, we will issue a voucher containing all necessary information.
